Admiral’s Lady is doing great

Thanks to all of my loyal readers who have read Ashes for Ashes, Blood for Blood. This book is doing much better than I expected it to and so far the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

I’m glad it looks like you guys liked it!

In other news, I’m 99k into Falon II with a target goal of 120k and a completed 1st draft by the end of the month of March. After that its right back into the Admiral. With Admiral Invincible being next up in writing que.

Thanks everybody,

The Deposed King

Falon Half-Blood is the main character in Josh’s other series, Rise of the Witchguard. It’s a fantasy story featuring a teenage girl who hurls herself into the gears of war in a desperate bid to save her family from insolvency, but whose adventures take her places she could have never guessed.

It’s actually a really cool idea and it’s absolutely unique, in that I’ve never seen Falon’s particular character arc done before. Josh describes it as Mulan-esque with some magic and a different cultural setting, I think, which seems to resonate with some of the readers.

Wait… we are still using this site? well, I guess that explains why the other blog is so… blank… but anywho…
Can’t wait for the new Falon, just read Caleb’s book the other day and the Akantha novella just before that…
So yeah… really can’t wait for more from you guys!

Yeah I’ve been trying to use both Blogs but I’ve been down with the internet at home for the past two weeks. Plus the past month or so I’ve been pounding out on Falon.

Eventually I’ll be switching over full time to the other site but it might take a while. Not sure. Its still a work in progress over there. On the other hand its been growing by leaps and bounds on the important stuff, so it could be quicker than I think!
