I dont think I will have time to actually read and give you my impressions of the book before the book actually comes out, so I wont try.. Though I really do want too 🙁
Really got to much work to do for now. (First semester was easy, second semester is beating me up..)

Post the links for the amazon once yours and your brothers book goes up! I’ll buy em’ ASAP!

    SPOILER ALERT!

Good news, read the book last night and loved it. (Couldnt stay away from it.. Seriusly, its like a drug.)
And to find the long lost son who had gone parlament 😮 !

I do however wish to voice a certain voice of concern, Akantha wants ‘im to repair the hyper disk, but why should he?
Should he not want the pirates to actually y’know.. perish? Its he’s job right? Get rid of pirates.. Even at the risk of he’s life and the crew.
And though he do not strike me to be as sturdy as our ‘Ol engineer, he does not seem like a coward either.
Especially after witnessing how he’s own crew/staff was killed by the ‘Pirates’ how could he not be mad about it?

Though since the ship did come to the rescue of our Lil’ Admiral, I imagine it got fixed by other means? Sundered, or threatening the ‘im perhaps?

Also, I imagine the homeworld’s civilans would be pissed to know the parliment had missiles pointed on theim.. Perhaps Gants ‘leaked’ such info?
(Cant imagine the advisors being happy after having a few nades thrown into em’ either..meaning James might be facing a coup d’tat? Out of fear or out of revenge, who knows?)
    So many posibilities!

So much we got to know in this spin off.. which just gives ous more questions to want to be answered for the next book!
(Have to admit, the cult part really knocked me off my socks, did NOT see that one coming. Had ‘suspicions’ but.. daaaaamn!)

Glad to hear you liked it, Emil 🙂 We’re massaging that last scene with the Akantha/Elaina reveal to add a bit more oomph to it, as well as smooth out some of the rough edges presentation-wise. Other than that, I loved the story as a fan – glad to hear you did, too!

It always does an author good to hear that others liked the story. I know its been a while since the previous book which is I why I make this ‘novella’ big enough to qualify for novel length.

Glad you had fun with Akantha as she goes to Capria!
